Who we are

We are a volunteer-run charity in Wandsworth. Having started as a community group in 2016, we gained charitable status in 2022. As the lead City of Sanctuary group for Wandsworth, we believe everyone who seeks sanctuary should be provided support, dignity and welcome.

Volunteer with Us

Wandsworth Welcomes Refugees is entirely led by volunteers, and we would be delightedto welcome anyone with a passion for making an impact in their community to join ourTeam. We are particularly keen to hear from people from under-represented or minoritised groups - and from people with lived experience of displacement.
