Many of us have old, unwanted electronic devices, like smartphones and laptops, lying about our homes, but these are some of the items local refugees and asylum seekers are most in need of. They can help individuals access essential services and support, including education, as well as keep in touch with friends and family.
While we’re always on the lookout for devices, we’re conscious that now, straight after Christmas, many people will have recently been gifted a new phone or laptop and may have old ones going spare. That’s why we’re launching our Devices Appeal!
So if you’ve got an electronic device you no longer need, please don’t leave it hiding away in your drawer, but instead give it a new lease of life by donating it to some of the most vulnerable in our community.
If you’re able to help, we’d love to hear from you! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for your support!
